I can advise on childcare choices, pumping plans and equipment, weaning onto solids and even gradual breastfeeding cessation. We look at returning to work while breastfeeding and how to avoid common pitfalls to find a solution that works for your family and your career.

Antenatal Workshop
In a small group, online or in person. An interactive workshop covering everything you need to know to get breastfeeding off to the best start and an opportunity to ask me questions. I’ll share information in a personalised resource pack for you to keep. Includes colostrum collection kit worth £10.
Group £25 per family 90 min presentation with lots of opportunities for Q&A and discussion.
