I have had several clients who used this alongside a rental Medela and found this one to be more effective.

This is a “hybrid” with in-bra cups but a separate motor attached by hoses. The motor is quite cumbersome so you’d basically need to stay in one place when using it.

This pump is a "hybrid" with in bra cups, and a separate motor. The Motor is quite chunky and loud so it’s not particularly portable or subtle. At least the motor is a good shape to fit in your pocket.
Recently this was proven to be as powerful as a medela with classic flanges.
It’s very powerful & costs £200-300 (yes really I see a range of prices on Amazon!) so not necessary for everyone.
